Business Developer

Architecture & Design Studio

We are seeking a motivated and strategic Business Developer to join our growing architecture office. The role focuses on expanding our project portfolio, building strong client relationships, and supporting the long-term growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and project leads

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, consultants, and partners

• Support proposal preparation, presentations, and negotiations

• Monitor market trends and identify potential sectors and regions for growth

• Coordinate closely with the partners and design team to align strategy and vision

Requirements

• Background in business development, real estate, architecture, or a related field

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Experience working with professional services or design/architecture offices is a plus

• Strategic mindset with a proactive and independent working style

• Fluency in English (Arabic or German is an advantage)
